Power BI Embedded Into The Group Portal

Over the last 18 months, we've dedicated substantial effort to developing several group business intelligence dashboards. These dashboards are now will be integrated into the group portal, enabling users to access the data without having to exit the PMS system.

Aurora Database Upgrade

This month, we've successfully transitioned our database to Aurora. Our primary goal in making this move was to increased system performance, ensure greater accuracy for availability, and facilitate automated scalability of servers in busy periods.

New Block API Endpoints

We've introduced additional API endpoints to enhance our blocks feature. These enhancements will soon be integrated into our Power BI reporting dashboard suite, enabling users to access a comprehensive report showcasing all estate-wide blocks and the reason behind room unavailability.

The data included in these endpoints consists of the following fields:

Type, Name, Start/End Date, Nights, Status, Reason, Blocked By and Blocked Date/Time

Minor Updates & Enhancements

We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

  • Toggle – Authorisation change to the API

  • Finance Transfer – Minor bug fixes and enhancements

  • Channel Report - Bug fix to allow for visibility on report

  • Open API – Minor bug fixes and enhancements

  • Booking Engine – Minor bug fixes and enhancements
